Our traditional Tang Soo Do program is for students from 3rd grade up through adult ages. We teach traditional techniques, including various blocks, strikes, kicks, grab escapes, and joint locks. Learning self-defense, overcoming personal obstacles, and getting/staying healthy & fit are the primary focus areas. Students progress at their own pace through the traditional Tang Soo Do belt system.
Authentic Tang Soo Do:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15-7:00 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00-7:45 pm
