Qi Gong (Qigong) Classes

Qi Gong (pronounced "chee-gong") is a Chinese system of physical exercises and breathing control related to tai chi. It can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage, sound, and focused intent. It is appropriate for all ages of practitioners. If you can stand and walk, you can practice Qi Gong!

We offer lunchtime "drop in" Qi Gong classes every Wednesday from 12:15 - 12:45 pm.

  • No appointment necessary - just come on in for class!
  • No uniforms or experience required - just wear something comfortable (there is a restroom available for changing)
  • All ages welcome
  • Your first class is FREE - come and try it!
  • Just $40 for an 8-class package
  • Credit, debit, or cash accepted (exact change for cash payments, please!)
